Refund policy

If you wish to return the product, please do that within 2 weeks after you have received the package. Notify us that you are returning the product by email to info@hanatavcar.com and please write what was the reason for your return (it is not necessary). Send the product in its original condition and original packaging, unworn, unwashed and undamaged.

You will receive a full refund of the price you have paid for the product within 14 days after the product is received back- if it is in its original condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

When sending the product back we advise you to use a shipping option with a tracking method. You are responsible for paying for the shipping cost for returning the product. Please note that we cannot be responsible for lost items and can only refund for products that arrive safely back to us.

If you wish to exchange the product ( instead of refund) please reach out to us. You will pay for the shipping cost for sending the exchanged product to us.
